We are looking for a hungry and driven Account Executive to help us build on top of the international success we have had over the past 12 months, by focusing on our key markets including Germany. 

You will report directly to the General Manager International and will be tasked with signing new logos in the region as an individual contributor, in-line with our Ideal Client Profile and qualification criteria. You will be a key partner in our senior commercial team, working together as a unit to drive success from the top of the funnel through to the bottom. 

Responsibilities 

  • Identify and qualify the potential business in the Germany
  • Lead and direct sales responsibilities for prospects in the region throughout the Sales cycle
  • Initiate, establish and maintain contact with channel partners within territory
  • Build a local ecosystem of data enthusiasts and supporters to find and win new prospects
  • Become an expert in our offerings. Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of mediarithmics products, policies and services.
  • Work in close relationship with our legendary Customer Success, Solution Architect, Marketing, Dev & Finance teams that will actively collaborate to make the German development a success.
  • Working alongside the marketing team and SDR team to add significant reach to your outbound effort
  • Being responsible for delivering a 7 figure sales target and illustrating accountability 

Requirements

  • You are a sales superstar — you have a proven track record of achieving revenue goals while adapting the Sales strategy to the local context
  • We expect a minimum of 5 years sales experience in SaaS selling to large Enterprise accounts — if you have less and think you are suited to the role, please challenge us
  • You have worked with direct clients in the DE / Internationally, including some of the sexiest brands in retail, media, telecoms etc.
  • You have a high attention to detail — which has helped you close lengthy, complex deals and you are eager to build great proposals to complex RFPs
  • You can work with autonomy and agility with limited supervision, the force is strong with you
  • You are a team player — you can demonstrate that you work well with a group to achieve a common goal, aligning with our values of Humility and Honesty
  • You are open to travel — when Covid restrictions relax of course
